基于顾客行为的质保维修策略研究
The relation between the consumer and the manufacturer with flexible interactive decisions。Two-dimensional warranty policy with periodic PM in both basic and extended warranty periods。Profit maximization functions and cost minimization function were discussed from consumers” and manufacturer”s viewpoint, respectively。Through numerical examples, the properties of the cost functions and the optimal values were numerically illustrated。
