Today,laparoscopic surgery refers to a minimally invasive procedure of the abdomen that gains access to a very foca1 area without a large incision and renders a minimal formation of scar tissue.The intraoperative benefits of the laparoscopic technique include minimal blood loss,less adhesion formation and better visual perspective.
