摘要：

What keep we in mind when we decided that the collective quadrupol model can be applied?In fact-spectrum of the excited states.For instance,if we know that the first excited state is 2+and the next ones form triplet:0+,2+,4+,then we understand,that the quadrupole mode is sucient to describe the excited states.
