Printed and digital resources for Early Childhood Education in a changing academic environment in Hong Kong
Our focus is on the factors or criteria affecting the preference for printed or digital resources in the library after it will be moved to a smaller campus.Since the College will solely recruit students pursuing Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education(ECE),a reference was made to ECE resources available in the libraries of those local higher education institutes offer programmes on the discipline.There are discussions on various factors influencing the preference and the fundamental principle helping professionals cope with the prospective changes.
