One case of left ventricular endocardial pacing in cardiac resynchronization therapy through interventricular septum puncture

摘要：

The 66-year-old male patient was admitted due to ”recurrent sense of suppression in the chest and asthma for 6 years with aggravation for 1 week”.The patient was admitted into this department 4 years ago due to the same symptoms.The results of echocardiogram performed at that time showed: left ventricular internal diameter at the end of the diastolic period 70 mm, left ventricular internal diameter at the end of the systolic period 62 mm,LVEF 0.29, moderate mitral regurgitation.
