采用C1-2复位技术治疗Klippel-Feil综合征合并寰椎枕化(附58例分析)

摘要：

To introduce and assess a surgical treatment of occipitocervical (OC) instability with atlas assimilation and Klippel-Feil syndrome (KFS) using C1-2 segmental fixation and reduction technique.In patients with OC instability and KFS of C2-3 fusion and atlas assimilation, posterior manipulative reduction combined with C1 lateral mass-C2 pedicle screw fixation provides a reliable and effective treatment.
