纳米氧化锌调控鸡蛋品质和脂类代谢的研究

This investigation was designed to explorethe effects of Zinc Oxide Nanoparticles(ZnONP)on egg quality and the mechanism of decreasingof yolk lipids.Different concentration of ZnO NP and ZnSO4were used to treat hens for24weeks.The bodyweight and egg laying frequency were recorded and analyzed.Albumen height,Haugh unit,and yolk colorscore were analyzed by an Egg Multi Tester.Breakingstrength was determined by an Egg Force Reader.Egg shell thickness was measured using an Egg ShellThickness Gouge.Shell color was detected by a spectrophotometer.
