A case report of relapsed Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type
Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type(PCDLBCL-LT)is characterized by infiltrated primary skin lesions on one or both legs and a high tendency expanding to extracutaneous sites. The recommended initial therapy regimen is rituximab combining with CHOP-based combination chemotherapy. However, the optimal regimen for refractory and/or relapsed PCDLBCL-LT remains indeterminable. With the aim of providing some useful information for clinicians to treat similar cases and highlighting the importance of seeking new therapy regimens,we describe a relapsed PCDLBCL-LT case.A 51-year-old man with widespread relapsed regions received numerous courses of different chemotherapy regimens and radiotherapy.Though,he died of the disease progression. Thus, advanced randomized clinical trials that focus specifically on the treatment approaches are of necessity and urgency.
