骨髓源抑制细胞的发育以及在乳腺癌生长中的作用及功能调节
The CC chemokine ligand5(CCL5)is detected in many clinical specimens of breast and cervical cancers, and its greater plasma levels in patients are associated with a more progressive disease than those in remission. Here, we show that theCCLS一CCRS axis in the bone marrow (BM), independent of its chemotactic activities, plays an essential role in the development of myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) and tumor-associated macrophages (TAMS).
