Histone H3K36 methylation and recognition regulate flowering time in rice

摘要：

Histone H3 lysine 36(H3K36) methylation is a conserved epigenetic mark related to gene activation in all eukaryotes.The rice SET DOMAIN GROUP 725(SDG725) and SDG708 encode SET-domain proteins exhibiting H3K36-specific histone methyltransferase activity in vitro and in vivo.
