Basal autophagy is tightly regulated by transcriptional and epigenetic factors to maintain cellular homeostasis.Dysregulation of cardiac autophagy is associated with heart diseases,including cardiac hypertrophy,but the mechanism governing cardiac autophagy is rarely identified.
