MAGNETIC FIELD ANALYSIS AND CHARACTERISTICS RESEARCH OF THE DISC PERMANENT MAGNET GOVERNOR
Disc Permanent Magnet governor is a non-contact efficient regulator,which is mainly transmitted through the electromagnetic torque,in which vortex plays an important role.Copper plate by induced eddy currents in the magnetic field of the permanent magnet disc magnetic field,achieve energy transfer,the transfer process there will be some loss of energy vortex,the skin depth of this loss and the eddy currents have a great relationship,the skin depth by copper plate thickness and gap length affected.This paper creates a small power disc permanent magnet governor simulation analysis in allusion to these effects.The main analysis is aimed at the impact of the gap length,setting different gap length so as to simulate air-gap length and power,torque and speed curve and other performance parameters curve.Compare the ANSYS software simulation and experimental results and finally obtain the reliability of disc permanent magnet governor.
