Self-assembly of an Aptasensor Based on Thick-shell Quantum Dots for Sensing of Ochratoxin A
Quantum dot(QD)-based aptasensors in particular are regarded as an attractive choice for aptasensor fabrication given the emerging prevalence of QDs in various nanotechnologies1-2.We present the self-assembly of a tunable-valent aptasensor based on thick-shell quantum dots(QDs)and the application in Ochratoxin A(OTA)monitoring,a poisonous contaminate widespread in foodstuffs.
