Immersion test of aliphatic hydrocarbon from oil shale pyrolysis:laboratory experimentation
In this paper,animmersion test is done in laboratory in order to evaluate the behavior of aliphatic hydrocarbon(C10-C20)by monitoring bothprotolith and in-situ pyrolysis oil shale.The concentration of C10-C20inimmersion solutionsare determined by GC-MS.Theconcentration of C10-C20 for different heating temperatures arearranged in order of size,C(350℃)>C(0℃)>C(500℃).The in-situ pyrolysis oil shale is a source ofaliphatic hydrocarbonthat could pollutethe surrounding groundwater environment for a long period of time as the results show that the concentration of the aliphatic hydrocarbon doesn”t change with the time for about two months.
