Synthesis of Cu-ZnO Hybrid Nanocrystals with Multi-morphologies for Photocatalytic Applications
Metal-semiconductor hybrid nanocrystals have received extensive attentions owing to their multiple functionalities which can find wide applications in many technological fields.Zinc oxide(ZnO)is an important semiconductor photocatalyst due to its efficient photocatalytic performance,low cost,high oxidative stability and nontoxic nature.The formation of metal-ZnO hetero-nanostructure provides an important approach to promote the effective charge separation and thus achieve enhanced photocatalytic activity.
