Ultra High Sensitive Determine The Optical Impurities of Sitafloxacin by Capillary Electrophoresis with Cyclodextrin and Ligand-Exchange as Chiral Additives
In this paper,a robust chiral separation method for the separation of four enantiomers of sitafloxacinwas developed.Method was developed with two kinds of chiral selectors including cyclodextrin andLigand-exchange as chiral additives.The method was optimized with the aid of response surfacemethodology (RSM) and Derringer”s desirability function.A central composite design was utilized tofulfill the design of experiments (DOE).
