Characterization of Magnetic Nanoparticles Modified by Ionic Liquid ODTImBr

摘要：

A novel ionic liquid compound,1-octadecyl-3-triethoxy propylsilyl-imidazolium bromide(ODTImBr),was successfully synthesized and characterized.Subsequently ODTImBr was used as a functional monomerto modify magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) via chemical bonding method.The prepared ODTIMBr andODTIMBr-MNPs were confirmed with nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),fourier transform infraredspectroscopy(FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).
