摘要：

Cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose(cADPR) is a second messenger in the calcium signaling pathway.For elucidating its molecular mechanism to regulate calcium release,a lot of cADPR analogues have been synthesized in our group.Here we used cADPR and 8-Br-cADPR(a compound which has been studied by its inhibitory activity of cADPR) as the query ligands to screen SPECS” library for compounds with similar three-dimensional shape and electrostatic properties.
