Theoretical and Experimental Study for Si nanocones Field Emitter

摘要：

　　The field emission properties of Silicon nanocones are researched by theoretical simulations and experiments.The results of theoretical calculations show that tip receiver and short distance are favorable for field emission.Excellent field emission properties of silicon nanocones are obtained experimentally.
