摘要：

The apicomplexan protozoan parasite Toxoplasma gondii is the causative agent of one of the most medically importantparasitic zoonoses worldwide.T.gondii can infect all warm-blooded animals and humans as the intermediate host and felidsas the definitive host.However,the molecular mechanisms of its sporulation remain largely unknown.
