The fundamental molecular recognition behavior exerts significant impact on the structural and functional complexities of the self-assembled materials.Acyclic molecular tweezers,representing the pre-organization of two π-aromatic pincers with designated orientation and distance,are capable of encapsulating the complementary guests into their cavities.
