Scavenging activity of nature product ferulic acid to toxic compound acrolein

摘要：

Acrolein is a toxic reactive micromolecule to human body which can damage and kill our cells in daily life.This study focused on investigating acrolein scavenging abilities of ferulic acid and some other phenolic acids with similar structure.
