Purification of β-PGG by utilizing metallic pivot-based imprinting ploymers in thepresence of a hydrophilic macromonomer
A solid-phase extraction method of specific purification for β-PGG was established by taking advantage of metallic pivot-based imprinting ploymers by synthesis of preploymer which contains 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate,dimethyl sulfoxidedimethylformamide-1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate 4-vinylpyridine(4-VP),as initiator,cross-linking momomer,ternary porogen,functional monomer,respectively.
