摘要：

The hands scoop the Yin energy from the earth then gathers and draws down the Yang energy from the heaven to enter the body through the top of the head (Bai Hui point).As the hands descend the front of the body, the movement assists in the balancing and equalising of the Yin and Yang energy through the 3 Dan Tians (Upper Centre of Energy, Middle Centre of Energy and Centre of Energy) Separate the hands when the hands reach the dan tian and allow the hands to continue downward until the fingers point to the ground.
