The long-waited ”Water Ten Plan” (Directives) was finally issued by the State Council on 16 April 2015 in China.Driven by the strict regulations on wastewater discharge,coal to chemicals (CTX)industries and the power industries are prohibited to discharge hazardous liquid into the environment.
