A 0.18-um 2.4GHz CMOS LNA linearized using active post-distortion
This report presents a 0.18-um 2.4GHz CMOS LNA linearized using active post-distortion (APD).The differential architecture is chosen to provide sufficient common mode rejection ratio.The brief theory of the methods is explained in the following report.The design is implemented in TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology.The simulation shows that the LNA using the active post-distortion method achieved +6.25dBm IIP3, with 18.43dB gain,1.175 NF,-12.49dB S11,-35.61 dB S12, 6.49mA@1.8V power consumption.
