A TD-SCDMA Power Amplifier with Tunable Matching Network in 0.18-μm SOI CMOS Technology

摘要：

　　A self-biased cascode Power Amplifier (PA) with Tunable Matching Network (TMN) in 0.18-μm SOI CMOS is presented.The TMN is employed to cover a wide range at 1880-1920MHz, 2010-2025MHz and 2300 -2400MHz, required by TD-SCDMA cellular.Simulations show that the proposed PA with TMN exhibits better power delivery capability than that with fixed load at all the three objective frequency ranges.
