Study on the simulation and optimization of victims” self-rescue model under the situation of sudden disaster

摘要：

　　Victims”self-rescue is the key step of the whole system of disaster relief activities.It involves many aspects,such as the victims”psychological behavior,the demand for relief supplies and the necessary information transmission.The neural network simulates the relationship between external factors and behavior of the victims, which is a comprehensive analysis of the victims”behavior,the demand for relief supplies and the information transmission at the post-disaster critical period,leading to a self-rescue simulation model.The model can well optimize the self-rescue strategies.
