海洋曲霉Aspergillus niger SCSIO Jcsw6F30中抗HIV活性成分

摘要：

Four2-benzylpyridin-4-one-containing metabolites,aspernigrins A-D(1-4),were isolated from the marine-derived fungus Aspergillus niger SCSIO Jcsw6F30,together with other15known compounds(5-19),including11bis-naphtho-γ-pyrones.The structures of the new compounds,aspernigrins C(3)and D(4),were determined by NMR,MS,and optical rotation analyses.All the isolated compoundswere evaluated for their inhibitory activities against chemokine receptor subtype 5 (CCRS) by HIV-1 SF162 infection in TZM-bl cells.Aspernigrins C (3) and malformin C (5) exhibited potent antiviral activities with IC50 of 4.67±0.41 (SI, 7.50) and 1.44±0.062 (SI, 11.41),uM, respectively.
