Secondary Metabolites of Aspergillus niger 102# Isolated from a Anemone
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of Aspergillus niger 102# isolated from anemone collected at Xuwen (Zhan jiang).Method Compounds were extracted by solvent, isolated by recrystallization and multi-chromatography including column chromatographic, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative reverse-phase HPLC.The stuctrure were determined by comparation with literature datas. Results Eight compounds (1-8), including two naphtho-γ-pyrones monomers, four dimeric naphtho-γ-pyrones and other two aliphatic acid esters were obtained and elucidated from the fungus.Conlusion Six naphtho-γ-pyrones (1-6) and two aliphatic acid esters (7-8) were obtained on researching of fungus Aspergillus niger 102#.Compounds 7 and 8 was isolated from marine fungi for the first time.
