  Cassava is the second important root crop in the world after potato.It is a major source of carbohydrates in the diet of millions of people and grown as a famine reserve crop.Cassava brown streak disease (CBSD) caused by Cassava brown streak virus (CBSV, Genus Ipomovirus) was a big problem in cassava plant in East Africa.
