Sequence analysis and functional characterization of the antifungal biosynthetic pathway from Burkholderia pyrrocinia strain Lyc2

摘要：

　　Bacterial strain Lyc2 was isolated from tobacco rhizosphere and showed strong antifungal activities.The 16S rRNA and multilocus sequence typing (MLST) analyses revealed that strain Lyc2 belongs to Burkholderia pyrrocinia.
