REM behavior disorder(RBD)RBD-Vigorous movements associated with unpleasant dreams during REM sleep.-Increased electromyographic activity during REM sleep.RBD-Idiopathic-Neurodegenerative diseases MSA, PD and DLB.Diagnostic criteriaPresence of REM sleep without atonia (RSWA)At least one of the following is present:-Sleep-related injurious, potentially injurious, or disruptive behaviors by history,-Abnormal REM sleep behaviors documented during polysomnographic monitoring,-Awakening short of breath.
