先进的垃圾焚烧不定型耐火材料

摘要：

The incinerator will be exposed.Thermal demands:-Temperatures between 800°-950°C;-Thermal cycling;-Thermal shocks.Mechanical demands:-Heavy erosion”-Sand/ash causing expansion problems.Chemical demands:-vapors of K2O, Na2O, SO2, Zn and Pb;-Reducing atmosphere (CO);-corrosion.Our experience：Important to control the whole chain,from engineering,design,manufacturing to installation.Quality and life length of a lining depend on approx.50％ refractory material and 50% depend on other parameters,design,installation knowledge,dry out and starting procedures.
