FZD7 is elevated in CML and regulates sensitivity of CML cells to imatinib in a co-culture system with BMSCs
Objective:To detect the expression of FZD7 in CML CD34+ cells compared to normal CD34+ cells; To investigate the alteration of FZD7 and other Wnt/β-catenin signaling moleculars in CML cells after co-culture with BMSCs derived from both normal and CML bone marrow.To study the effect of FZD7 downregulation on proliferation and imatinib sensitivity in leukemic cells.To reveal the role of FZD7 in mediating a bond between BMSCs and CML cells, providing the basis for molecular targeted therapy.
