SUDS3HDAC1 complex is required for maintenance of genomic imprinting and X chromosome inactivation during preimplantation development
The fusion of oocyte and sperm initiate remarkable dynamic changes of epigenetic modifications throughout preimplantation development.Epigenetic events, including genomic imprinting and X chromosome inactivation (Xi), are fine-tuned during this stage to ensure successful development. To assess the role of SUDS3/HDAC1 complex in genomic imprinting/Xi, we performed loss-of-function via RNAi in mouse preimplantation embryos.
