　　Introduction application of Batch Process Control System in Poly Silicon Industry.Batch System, related control technology and algorithm are introduced to optimize production of Poly Silicon.Batch Systems can be used in many industries like pharmacy, PVC, Poly Silicon and so on.How to control the consumption of electricity of polysilicon production and the costs of polysilicon production are the most important aspects.Practical results demonstrate the good validity of the proposed solutions of Delta V Batch for PolySilicon Production.
