An improved linear MMSE Estimator based on second-order statistics with nonzero time-lags

An improved linear MMSE Estimator is proposed in this paper to estimate a signal of interest from data constituted of the signal, interference and white noise.It is constructed based on the data and its delayed version..By using the proposed Estimator, both the additional information contained in the second-order statistics with nonzero time-lags of the signal and the interference can be used to reduce the estimate error.The theory inference and simulation results validate that the proposed Estimator is efficient and more accurate than the conventional Estimator.
