Purpose:To evaluate the therepeutic effect of conjunctival flap transplantation with antiviral and corticosteroid therapy on severe herpes simplex virus(HSV) necrotizing stromal keratitis.Methods:From January 2007 to December 2010,25 patients(25 eyes) who suffered fiom severe HSV necrotizing stromal keratitis,underwent conjunctival flap transplantation.
