Regulatory effect of γδT cells in varying proportions on inflammatory cytokines of experimental autoimmune uveitis

摘要：

Purpose:To deter mine the regulatory effect of γδT cells on inflammatory cytokines of uveitis and the interaction between γδT cells and αβT cells in inflammatory.Method:γδT cells and αβT cells were isolated from B6 mice immunized with the uveitogenic peptide IRBPl-20.High proportion of γδT cells(95.0％) and αβT cells(95.0％) were obtained by magnetic cell sorting after stained by nonT cells and γδTCR monoclonal antibody.
