Objective:Sinus pericranii(SP) is a rare venous malformation characterized by an abnormal communication between dilated epicranial veins and intracranial sinuses.Inthis studytheauthorsaimed to identify theultrasonographic features ofsinus pericranii in pediatric patients so as to provide an alternative modality for the definite diagnosis of this condition.
