肝脏超声造影与人工智能:一种基于深度典型相关分析和多核学习的肝肿瘤超声造影定性分类方法

The CEUS-based diagnosis is more complex than B-mode US imaging. The detection, localization and diagnosis of liver cancer is a time-consuming procedure with series of tasks. The complex procedure requires expert radiologists, which limits the wide application of CEUS .US-based CAD for tumor diseases provides an effective decision support and second opinion tool for radiologists. The CEUS-based CAD has attracted considerable attention. Since all the images in a CEUS video should be used to generate the TIC, the TIC-based feature extraction algorithms usually have high computational complexity. An expert radiologist can give accurate diagnosis based on typical CEUS images from three phases. Although three CEUS images are selected from three typical phases,they have correlation between each other.
