Objective:In order to assess the level of inflammation of vascular endothelial at the early stage of atherosclerosis(AS) in mice model,triple-targeted microbubbles(MBs),which carried VCAM-1,ICAM-1antibodys and Sialyl-LewisX were prepared and characterized.
