Successful cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation in a patient with severe acute pancreatitis

摘要：

A 49-yearold female developed sudden severe upper abdominal pain on July 16th,2014.She was diagnosed as severe acute pancreatitis and treated in a local county hospital.The patient developed ARDS(severe),AKI(level III),pancreatic necrosis and infection and transferred to our hospital at August 5th.She was in critical condition with APACHE II score 22.We continued mechanical ventilation,CRRT,and drainage of infected pancreatic necrosis.
