Rivers Runoff of the Baikal Region under Climate change Conditions

摘要：

An assessment of water resources and the possible changes in the hydrological regime in the future next few decades is directly related to the objectives of economic and hydraulic design,as well as a long-term planning for the use and protection of water resources of the Baikal region.Until now, these estimates were made using statistical methods: observational data for the previous long-term period were subjected to statistical analysis, and obtained hydrological characteristics were postponed for a design-specified period.
