SHOCK INDUCED BY CLOSING PARTIAL ROAD IN TRAFFIC FLOW

摘要：

　　In this paper, we investigate shock wave induced by closing partial road in traffic flow.Theoretical anMysis and computer simulations show that there are three stationary phases, i.e., the low density, shock wave and high density.The dependence of shock wave position on bulk density is obtained from theoretical calculations, which is in agreement with simulations.
