Concept Mapping in an Undergraduate Engineering Course:Students” Experiences and Perceptions
This paper describes students” experiences and perceptions of concept mapping in an undergraduate Engineering Dynamics course.Throughout a 16-week semester,students independently generated a set of concept maps covering eight learning topics in dynamics.A questionnaire survey was administrated at the end of the semester.Based on a qualitative research method of content analysis,reasons that students liked concept mapping are identified.
