With the ever-increasing influence of digital technology, there is an inevitable change in the structure of society, its economy, its education system and the demands of a changing workplace.The challenge for education is to re-equip itself, refocusing on an ever-changing demand for knowledge and skills commensurate with the demands of 21st-century.Many of the traditional trades will disappear.Work will become increasingly globalised, interconnected and collaborative.The skills required by employers worldwide are shifting rapidly.
