Ⅰ.Introduction The ”One Belt One Road” concept is visionary, strategic and aweinspiring in its scope and magnitude.Having said that, it would not be popular, at this early stage, to raise concerns about some of the difficulties that are likely to arise or to ask questions about the purpose, drivers and effects of this colossal concept, which is also called OBOR.At its heart is the revival and revitalisation of the ancient Silk Road (SR) and its sister—the equivalent sea version of that land-based Silk Road—the Maritime Silk Road (MSR).
