The last 40-50 years have been marked by principal changes at all economic levels.Dynamic and repeated increases in workforce productivity, automation of production processes, the development of cybercommunicat ions, sophisticated advertisements and effective logistics have allowed us to increase the value added to products to a degree never seen before.Along with these developments, economic law, both national and international, has transferred its focus from production and consumption to distribution.It must be confessed that modern civil,commercial, trade law is distributive.
